Zach Baker

A local organization called the Harm Reduction Project seeks laws that will allow people who are overdosing on drugs to seek medical help without fear of prosecution for minor drug related crimes that led to the overdose.  Zach Baker from the Harm Reduction Project joined us on the show to talk about their initiatives and public outreach.
